Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. We also offer express post options if you need your yarn or garments more urgently.

What is your return policy for yarn and apparel?

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original, unused condition with labels intact. Please note that for yarn, we cannot accept returns on hanks that have been wound into balls.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship our premium wool products worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and package weight.

We strive to send the same dye lot for all balls of yarn within a single order. If you are starting a large project, we recommend purchasing all required yarn at once to ensure a perfect color match.
