We take pride in being Australia's largest spinning mill. Our wool is sourced from local farmers and processed entirely at our historic mill in Bendigo, Victoria, ensuring the highest quality standards.
How long does shipping take within Australia?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. We also offer express post options if you need your yarn or garments more urgently.
What is your return policy for yarn and apparel?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original, unused condition with labels intact. Please note that for yarn, we cannot accept returns on hanks that have been wound into balls.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our premium wool products worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and package weight.
How should I care for my woollen garments?
To maintain the longevity of your knitwear, we recommend gentle hand washing in cool water with a wool-specific detergent. Always dry flat in the shade and avoid tumble drying.
Can I match dye lots for my knitting project?
We strive to send the same dye lot for all balls of yarn within a single order. If you are starting a large project, we recommend purchasing all required yarn at once to ensure a perfect color match.
